0.53cts Color Change Sapphire – South Africa

This is a rare color change Sapphire from the Umba river valley region of Tanzania.
It is extremely difficult to photograph the color change in these stones but I have included pictures of inside the light box as well as natural light.
Most of the color change is from Green to Purple.
